server needs help

Well since the server has not been up for like 3 months. The owner doesnt even know how to make a server and he wants to start a server. I am now willing to "do something."

I can finish and help make the server and put v95 customs

Conditions of me finishing and re-making a lot of stuff

-i must be co-owner

-server must be v62(for a lot of reasons)
